CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) - we offer this insurance as extra coverage for renters who have their own full coverage auto insurance on all vehicles. $5.00 USD/day - responsible for total damages less $500. $9.95 USD/day - responsible for total damages less $1000. On Premium Van $23.99 USD/day. On Special Van and Full Size Van $21.99 USD/day.

PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) on Premium Van, Special Van and Full Size Van - $5.99 USD/day. All other vehicles - $6.95 USD/day

Renters must have full coverage auto insurance that tranfers to a rental vehicle or may purchase insurance. Client will be charged a daily rate for vehicle downtime - this can be avoided if CDW is purchased. Please see PAI and CDW for more information.

All vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as rented to avoid refueling charges of $4.50 USD per 1/8th of a gallon

10% airport tax will apply.

If driving out of the state of Florida a mileage cap of 1500 miles applies (and $0.25 for any additional miles). Mileage cap applies to Special Van, Full Size Van and Premium Van - 150 miles a day, $0.25 per mile after.

After hours drop offs are permitted with prior arrangements and are subject to a $10 USD surcharge. After hours drops are permitted to A1 Express location - open 24 hours - keys and car to be left with attendant. 24 hour shuttle to airport is available.

All renters must have at least Florida state requirements for auto insurance - PIP/PD. Under 21 years for government and military traveling on orders only. All renters 21-24 years of age must have the following: 1. Proof of full coverage auto insurance that will cover the rental car/vehicle. 2. Major credit card in their name. No check or debit card. 3. Valid driver's license. If missing any item, cannot rent.

Renter and additional drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age with a valid driver's license/proof of insurance and a major credit card in own name. Renter 21-24 years is subject to $20 USD/day surcharge. Additional drivers 25 yrs/over - $5.00 USD/day. Additional drivers 21-24 yrs - $25.00 USD/day.

Upon arrival proceed to baggage claim area and use courtesy phone for courtesy shuttle service. Proceed to appropriate red or blue shuttle pickup area to meet our shuttle van with U-Save Auto Rental.

After hours pickups are available until 12am for a $15 USD/day charge.

24 hour advanced cancellation required to avoid a 1 day no-show fee.

Clients must bring proof of auto insurance, driver's license and their major credit card.

Toddler car seats (20-40 lbs) $5.00 USD/day. Booster Seats (30-60 lbs) $5.00 USD/day. Request must be made in reservation to ensure availability.

Additional Drivers are $5.99 per day.

AFTER HOURS DROP OFF IS LOCATED AT A-1 EXPRESSL . LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AND KEYS WITH A-1 EXPRESS AND THEY WILL PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION BACK TO THE TAMPA AIRPORT. ALL AFTER HOURS DROP OFFS ARE SUBJECT TO A $10.00 FEE.

RENTER AND ADDITIONAL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE WITH A VAILD DRIVERS LICENSE, PROOF OF INSURANCE, AND A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IN THEIR OWN NAME. RENTERS AGED 21-24 YEARS OF AGE WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 USD PER DAY PER DRIVER . ALL FLORIDA RENTERS MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE PROOF OF FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE TO AVOID A 1 DAY NO SHOW FEE. CUSTOMER IS CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW IF TWO HOURS AFTER RESERVATION TIME HAS PASSED.. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR PICK UP TIME, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE.

CAR SEAT is available for 7.99 a day.GPS are available for $9.99 a day.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE SAME LEVEL OF FUEL AS RENTED TO AVOID REFUELING CHARGE OF 7.00USD PER GALLON.

WE do NOT allow our rental cars to travel out of the state of FLORIDA. We do allow our PASSENGER VANS (12 and 15 passenger) to Travel out of the state of Florida HOWEVER, we only allow our vans to travel to certain states. Please call location to verify if you can travel out of state with our van. For all Customers traveling out of the state with a passenger van, you are subject to a $25.00 per day fee and a MAXIMUM of 2000 miles. If you go over the 2000 miles, then you are subject to $2.00 a mile. FLORIDA RESIDENTS get 150 miles a day, you may purchase additonal mileage for a charge of $15.00 per day for a rental car or $25.00 per day for a passenger van. RENTAL CARS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE THE STATE OF FLORIDA, If you violate this policy you are subject to a charge of $2.00 per mile and $75.00 per day fee for violation of contract

WE ARE CLOSED ON THANKSIGIVING AND CHRISTMAS Day. On Christmas Eve, we will close at 6pm. On New Years Eve, we close at 6pm. New Years Day we are open at 10am.

RENTERS MUST HAVE FULL COVERAGE THAT TRANSFERS TO A RENTAL VEHICLE OR REQUIRED TO PURCHASE OUR COVERAGE

Local Renters are subject to 150 miles per day and all cars must stay within the state of Florida. A charge of .49 a mile will be charged for mileage over the 150 per day. Only 12 and 15 Passenger Vans may travel out of state. There are additional fees involved at $25.00 per day for out of state travel. You get a maximum of 2000 miles for the rental period. All rentals are subject to a $150 deposit in addition to the price of the rental. All Local Renters must provide a copy of valid insurnace car. Rental Office will call to verify that insurnace policy is active.

Florida renters - 150m/day and copy of verifiable proof of valid insurance. All Florida renters are subject to a 150usd deposit. 24HR advance cancellation required in order to avoid a no show fee of one day rental. After hour drops subject to a 10usd drop fee.
