U-Save Auto Rental - Orlando Airport Reviews

Staff were very rude. I have NEVER been treated that way by any car rental company. Will not rent from you again!

Since they rent to out-of-state tourists, they should let people know before arriving that the state of FLA requires a document showing proof-of-coverage while renting a vehicle. We had to call our insurance company and have them fax it. It seemed they didn\'t tell their customers b/c they wanted to make money charging you to use their coverage. Also, the minivan we rented had a busted front seat, over 116,000 miles, and the A/C went out for 3 of the 7 days we had it.

The service my family and I received was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpfull in printing out directions to our destination from car rental location. Car was very nice. Only problem was we had to wait for it to be washed and gassed up. Liked the ideal of paying for the gas at the rental location and bringing the car back on empty. I would definately use U-Save again. Also the $150.00 hold on debit card was excellent. Some rentals hold a lot more.

the only issue with car were maint light on, tire light on, no windshield washer fluid in car or reservior, door molding on driver side kept falling off,

Wanted a sedan. I was upset none were available at the time but I received a Nissan Quest and was impressed with the gas mileage and handling of the vehicle

I would go back and use them again. A few issues, the address is incorrect on the website making difficult to find. I'm military with a VA address on my FL licence and they required a copy of my insurance, something i have never had to produce anywhere else in the World... i keep my ins cards in the vehicles i drive, not on my person... lucky i had a copy of my motorcycle policy card in my wallet or i would have turned me down that day.

We rented a Toyota Corolla online. At the customer svc. counter, the CSR asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a Dodge Charger for $10.00more per day. We took the upgrade to the Dodge Charger. However, the Dodge Charger wasn't really in upgrade due to $100,000 miles on the vehicle and the paint condition on the autobmobile was less than favorable. At least the car didn't break down on us while we were driving it....Cust. Svc. Reps in the office were very pleasant and helpful the entire time!

Rental pick up and return waiting time was very long considering I was only 1 of 2 people there both times. Right front turn signal was out, only a large econo van avail as replacement as there was no maintenance personnel on site. The larger 12 passenger van was not acceptable for my family. Tags expired 6/2010. License plate loose and rattled most of the time.

there was a computer snafu and my rental car was not avalible when i arived at the airport. The person that i talk to on the phone told me my car had been rented to another person and proply hung up without even trying to help me. I will never ever use this company and tell every one i know not to use them
