we have rented a mini van at las vegas location for six people for 3 days, when we arrive at the rental place it took almost 1 hour for them to look for our reservation because they don\'t have the mini van which we have reserve finaly they gave us 15 seater big van which i have never drove before, i have no choice to take it because even if i go to look for some other rental place their rent was to high ,i have to drove that big van in las vegas busy street which took too much gas, poor services

I rented our van from LAX,California office and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating.
The vehicle was dependable and we would rent from the same company again next time, if we would need vans in the future.

The pickup experience in Los Angeles was great - it as the drop-off experience in San Francisco that was really disappointing. The service there was slow, inefficient, and almost caused us to miss our flight.
Good service.. Good rates.. My only downfall was the condition of the van I rented had a few issues. But I WOULD definitely be a returning customer.

i have a wonderful time travelling around with my family due to a reliable rental van.
over all very pleasent experince, wish that pick up hours are more flexiable. We arrive at lax 6 am and have to wait for an hour.
