we have rented a mini van at las vegas location for six people for 3 days, when we arrive at the rental place it took almost 1 hour for them to look for our reservation because they don\'t have the mini van which we have reserve finaly they gave us 15 seater big van which i have never drove before, i have no choice to take it because even if i go to look for some other rental place their rent was to high ,i have to drove that big van in las vegas busy street which took too much gas, poor services

We decided to specialize in van rentals because we felt it was a area we could do better than any other van company. Because we specialize in vans we can concentrate in the special issues that people require when renting a van: 1) Variety -- no one van fits all! 2) Service -- You want your van ready and in first class condition when you arrive.
