I rented a vechile from Triangle for April 2 - 9th. The paper I printed off your website stated that I could pick up my rental at Douglas Airport in Charlotte at 2:30 pm. When I got there, there was no shuttle, no one, no car anywhere. I had to call the 1800 # and after being on hold over 30 mins was told Triangle does not work on Sat, even though my paperwork stated there would be a car there for me. I am very angry at your Company and I am filing a formal compaint against Triangle.
