I rented a vechile from Triangle for April 2 - 9th. The paper I printed off your website stated that I could pick up my rental at Douglas Airport in Charlotte at 2:30 pm. When I got there, there was no shuttle, no one, no car anywhere. I had to call the 1800 # and after being on hold over 30 mins was told Triangle does not work on Sat, even though my paperwork stated there would be a car there for me. I am very angry at your Company and I am filing a formal compaint against Triangle.

The local TRIANGLE rental place sent me an email cancelling my reservation as they did not have the vehicle I needed for the day I was trying to rent.
I waited for 3 hours and I had to come back again because they did not tell me exactly what I needed to rent vehicle and they cancelled my appt. I also had to pay for my own insurance which costs me $300 for 2 days. Poor service
This was my first time renting from Triangle. The experience was very good and I will rent again.
I was a little upset that I prepaid for a full tank of gas but did not use as much as expected and brought back the vehicle with a little less than half a tank but could not receive any credit for the gas purchase.

Great customer service and very professional staff.
We are a military family & rented this vehicle awaiting the shipment of our car from Europe. Upon returning the rental, the staff graciously agreed to drop my son & I off @ the Vehicle Processing Center 4 miles away. Fabulous service & SO greatful!
