I rented a vechile from Triangle for April 2 - 9th. The paper I printed off your website stated that I could pick up my rental at Douglas Airport in Charlotte at 2:30 pm. When I got there, there was no shuttle, no one, no car anywhere. I had to call the 1800 # and after being on hold over 30 mins was told Triangle does not work on Sat, even though my paperwork stated there would be a car there for me. I am very angry at your Company and I am filing a formal compaint against Triangle.

Age Requirements

Minimum Age: 21

Renters between the age of 21 and 24 must have full personal liability and collision coverage that will transfer to the rented vehicle. This coverage must be verified by one of our customer service agents prior to making a reservation.

Cash Deposit Rentals

Triangle Rent A Car accepts cash deposit rentals.

Debit card customers must have personal liability and collision coverage that transfers to the rental vehicle. This coverage must be verified prior to making a reservation. Cash renters must first be qualified to rent on a cash basis prior to making a reservation. The following requirements must be met and verified: 1. Employment at the same place of business for the last six months. 2. Home phone listed in your name. Mobile phone is not accepted. 3. Liability and collision insurance that will transfer to the rented vehicle. $. Checking or savings account in your name. 5. Good credit report. 6. Estimated amount of the rental plus a $150.00 deposit in cash at time of rental.
