Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations are highly recommended to insure availability and the preferred motorcycle of your choice. A $50 per rental day deposit will be charged to the customer’s credit card at the time the reservation is confirmed. If the customer cancels more than 7 days prior to the start date of the reservation a $50 non-refundable administrative fee will be charged. The remaining balance from the reservation deposit will be credited to the customer’s account and available to be applied towards a future reservation within one year from the original reservation’s start date. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days the entire deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling of rental dates or times is permitted with 24 hour notice based on availability of rental units. No credit or refunds for early returns, unused portion of rental, late pick-ups or undesirable weather conditions. Visit us at for complete rental policy details.

A $50.00 “non-refundable†deposit per day of rental will be charged to your credit card if you cancel within 72 hours of pick up date. A one-year credit will be issued with no refund of deposit for cancellation of rental within 48 hours (for holidays and special events notice must be received 5 days prior to rental date.) Rescheduling of rental dates or times is permitted with 72 hour notice based on availability of rental units. No credit or refunds for early returns, unused portion of rental, late pick-ups or undesirable weather conditions. All credit card reversals are subject to an administration fee. Motorcycles will be held for 15 minutes only beyond scheduled time. $35 (US) per hour or portion thereof will be charged to your credit card for late returns commencing 60 minutes after scheduled time.

Insurance and Coverage
Your rental agreement offers, for an additional charge, an optional waiver to cover a part of your responsibility for damage to or loss of the vehicle. Before deciding whether to purchase the waiver, you may wish to determine whether your own automobile or other vehicle insurance or credit card agreement provides you coverage for rental vehicle damage or loss and determine the amount of the deductible under your own insurance coverage. Proof of this coverage needs to be provided at time of rental. The purchase of the waiver is not mandatory. The waiver is not insurance.
