We wanted a 'ford focus / seat leon' category, and ended up wih a Kangoo, which apparently is in the same category. This is a totally different type of vehicle, and should not be in the same category. As such, I was really displeased with the vehicle, and the staff on the desk were extremely unhelpful and rude.
Surrending the car after the rental period was disappointing. short of staff, long waiting period
No inspection of the vehicle was done with us prior to releasing it , or at return, compared with other rental agencies. Existing damage to the car was not mentionned to us, leading us to think that we may have done it, causing unnecessary stress.
Sixth rental agency was honest however in stating that damage was done previously .
Sixth employee could not specify why visit to some countries is prohibited.

it was a total disaster!!! i was asked to pay three times the price you have offered me., never anymore!!!!!!!!!!
I never received a confirmation (or anything) so the rental never happened.
charged regular rate with limited KM, trying to get refund the differentiation.
I was very badly sirprised by the invoice not corresponding to the initial booking rate.
I am actually studying to file case against sixt France for unlowfull bill and payment.
I will be sending to you my mails to sixt france and ask your help to proove my rights.
