IT was HORRIBLE. FIRST the email CONFIRMATION NEVER once stated that this firm was only going to have staff available till 6:00pm, when my flight landed at 5:30pm. My reservation confirmation stated that my car rental will be held, or shall i say \"honored\" as they put it till 6:30pm. To my horror I was greated with no service and no rental. Thank god I found economy rental, who picked me and my 6 year old up & provided us with a GREAT, CHEAP rental. I would NERVER reccommend signiture to anyone!

I was told to go to the car rental center and the pick up site is located at Hollyday Inn, so I lost over 2 hours of crucial time I had before taking my flight. I suggest informing this beforehand, if possible in the confirmation you send by email. Sincerely, Fabio do Nascimento
