Didn\'t say on the first print-out where to pick-up the car. No-one at the airport knew about Signature Rent-a-car. No Holiday In pick up at the airport, had to take a cab after waiting 1/2 hour.

Agent at desk was very helpful - he gave me detailed directions to where I was going. The only thing that wasn\'t made completely clear to me was where to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel where I got the car. I spent some time wandering around the Miami Airport asking people, but eventually got the correct information. That specific info. should have been made clear when I made my reservations for the car. Yes - I would do it again; your rates were GREAT!
