Sakura Rent A Car has a great customer service. Very efficient airport pickup with a special mention to Amir. The rental price was reasonable and within our budget. I will highly recommend this car rental to my friends and family, and I will go to this rental company again to rent a car. My family had a pleasant trip using their Toyota Sienna minivan.

I arrived tired and discouraged, and Amir was the soul of patience as well as being very efficient and helpful. The shuttle driver (I am ashamed to say I didn't get his name) was extremely kind and helpful also.

Agent charged me $15 for the LAX pickup. This was not in the online quote. After 10 days of rental I returned the vehicle 3 days before the end of the rental agreement and was charged a very high daily rate compared to my weekly rate.

I was very happy with the car and the service I received. I would use this company again with confidence.

The shuttle which picked us up from the airport was not marked with Sakura at all. It left us guessing on "which white van" was going to come by. A removable magnet would even be help My rental car really smelled of smoke... was not very pleasa
