Great rental experience.

Hours of operation are limited. Should open at least an hour earlier and much later in the evening.

I would ask the staff to be sure they check with renters about departure time even if they put in a late departure since the shop doesn\'t open until 8am.

Great service. Great alternative to regular rental companies. If need 4 wheel drive in SLC, would use them again.

I called as directed when I was getting my luggage from the carousel. We followed the instructions and went to the designated pickup point. And waited. And waited. Finally I called again. They had not even left the office to pick us up! They arrived about 20 minutes later and picked us up. Everything else was fine.

Very good experience - will definitely recommend. May need more staff for phones, as I was asked to be called back because they were too busy to talk at that moment. Then the call came 30 minutes later, as opposed to the ten they promised. Otherwise, great agency.
