It was very good experience, exept waiting time to pick us up in airport

It was unclear that the rental agency was not located at the Airport rental facility but rather off site, although close by. This resulted in a lengthy wait to be picked up and driven to the rental agency. The car specified in the agreement was not provided nor was a similar vehicle. Staff were friendly enough and drop off went well.
