Prospective Rent A Car Reviews

My flight was delayed but the rep Ricardo was right there when I got out and was able to zip me to the airport on my return when I was running late for my flight. Great customer service and I would rent from them again. The fleet of vehicles is a little older but it ran great.

The rental experience satisfactory.

No one was there to pick us up at the airport. We were taken to the rental agency office where they proceeded to help 3 other people who came in after us. They did not have a car for us and we were told one was being sent for. Finally when all was set we were given the rental contract which was NOT what we were quoted and the "price" for liability was substantially higher than the quote as well. 3 1/2 hrs. after our arrival we walked away and went to a another agency. RENTERS BEWARE!!!

While the woman at the agency was friendly, there was no airport desk as promised. I had to call her (after having confirmed via email) to come collect me at the airport. There was only 1 vehicle which she said was an upgrade. It's radio did not work and there is an alternator problem--it doesn't want to start. Payment: she said that I needed a CDW policy. I explained that my credit card had one. She then spent the next hour trying to put minutes on her phone to call CHASE bank to inquire.

The rental experience never got to materialise due to no one showing up at the airport to meet us to complete the rental process. I'll stick with Avis for my future car rental needs while I'm in Jamaica.
