Took us more than one hour to get the car. which is not really fair knowing that the reservation was made well in advance is stipulating pick up at 9.00 am. The lady behind the counter was especially \"unfriendly\" when we picked up the car. The one when we dropped it back was a bit more \"smily\" The car was not the one we booked but was good anyway. globaly I would rate this experience as \"Satisfactory\" but I will probably not recommend it further. thanks

The staff was extremely rude; after I repeatedly asked to explain slowly the conditions, she kept talking fast without doing any effort to be comprehensible. Moreover, at the end we paid 30% more than expected due to coverages that were not mentioned on the web (and were not explained patiently by the staff). Overall, not a nice experience.
