Only problem at Las Vegas, was that the cars were NOT ready for pickup. We had to wait around 15 minutes along with 6 others and had to go up to the window to ask a second time before we got the car. That was not good service. Normally, I get my car immediately once we get to the garage from other companies.

Age Requirements
The minimum age of the driver for car groups Economy and Compact is 21 years and 25 years for all the other car groups.
Drivers must have held a full driving license for a minimum of 1 year.
Renters 21 through 25 years of age with a valid drivers license must pay 5 euro per day young driver surcharge and purchase CDW and TP.

Collision Damage Waiver/Responsibility for Vehicle Damage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional. CDW waives part of the driver's responsibility in case of damage of the vehicle up to the excess amount. If CDW is declined the customer will be fully liable for any damage of the vehicle.
The price of CDW is as follows:
Economy - 6 EUR/day. 300 EUR excess
Compact, Intermediate and Full Size - 8 EUR/day. 350 EUR excess
Standard Van, SUV and Luxury - 14 EUR/day. 600 EUR excess

Fuel Policies/Refueling Charges
Option 1 - You fill the tank:
The vehicle is rented with a full tank. Fuel consumption is payable by the renter. If case the car is returned with less fuel than rented the mussing fuel is charged 1.50 EUR/liter at the end of the rental.
Option 2 - Buy a tank:
Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Purchase a full tank of fuel at the time of rental at the current local fuel price and bring the vehicle back with fuel at any level. Credit will not be issued for unused fuel.

Geographical Restrictions / Mileage Limitations
The use of the vehicle is restricted to Bulgaria, Turkey and the countries from the European Union (EU). Cross border travels are allowed only on request and 5 days advance notice is required. One time administration fee applies as follows:

Grace Period
Rental is based on a 24-hour period. The client receives a 59-minute grace period. If he/she keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.

Liability Insurance
Third Party Liability protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or property other than yourself. It does not cover you or the rented vehicle. Our vehicles are covered by policies of insurance that provide coverage up to the minimums prescribed by the financial responsibility law of Bulgarian Law.

One Way Rental
One way rentals are on request. If the rented vehicle is returned to another location the renter must pay additional one way charge as follows:

Personal Accident Insurance/Effects Coverage
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is optional. PAI covers the driver and all the passengers in the rental vehicle for medical expenses in case of injury or death up to 10 000 EUR per passenger. Price:
