Only problem at Las Vegas, was that the cars were NOT ready for pickup. We had to wait around 15 minutes along with 6 others and had to go up to the window to ask a second time before we got the car. That was not good service. Normally, I get my car immediately once we get to the garage from other companies.

Age Requirements
The minimum age of the driver for car groups Economy and Compact cars is 21 years and 25 years for all the other car groups.
Drivers must have held a full driving license for a minimum of 1 year.
Renters 21 through 25 years of age with a valid drivers license must pay 5 EUR/day young driver surcharge and purchase CDW and TP.

Fuel Policies/Refueling Charges
Option 1 - You fill the tank:
The vehicle is rented with a full tank. Fuel consumption is payable by the renter. If case the car is returned with less fuel than rented the missing fuel is charged 1.50 EUR/liter at the end of the rental.

Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Purchase a full tank of fuel at the time of rental at the current local fuel price and bring the vehicle back with fuel at any level. Credit will not be issued for unused fuel.

Geographical Restrictions / Mileage Limitations
The use of the vehicle is restricted to Bulgaria, Turkey and the countries from the European Union (EU). Cross border travels are allowed only on request and 5 days advance notice is required. One time administration fee applies as follows:
Economy and Compact cars - 40 EUR
All other vehicles - 80 EUR

Grace Period
Rental is based on a 24-hour period. The client receives a 59-minute grace period. If the client keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.
Hold Policy
The booked vehicle will be held up until the end of the business day.
Liability Insurance
Third Party Liability protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or property other than yourself. It does not cover you or the rented vehicle. Our vehicles are covered by policies of insurance that provide coverage up to the minimums prescribed by the financial responsibility law of Bulgarian Law.

Personal Accident Insurance/Effects Coverage
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is optional. PAI covers the driver and all the passengers in the rental vehicle for medical expenses in case of injury or death up to 10 000 EUR per passenger. Price:
