Only problem at Las Vegas, was that the cars were NOT ready for pickup. We had to wait around 15 minutes along with 6 others and had to go up to the window to ask a second time before we got the car. That was not good service. Normally, I get my car immediately once we get to the garage from other companies.

After Hours Return
Vehicles may be returned after hours to the VINCI AIRPORT PARKING, 12345 Cote de Liesse, Dorval, QC H9P 1B4. VINCI will provide shuttle service back to the airport. There is a one-time fee of $20.00 for after hours drop off, final receipts will be forwarded via Email. Please consult with the Payless Service Representative at the time of rental for complete details.

BORDER CROSSING: Vehicles entering the USA are subject to a border crossing fee of $8.95 CAD per day and mileage is limited to 200 KM per day, 1.400 KM per week and .20 cents CAD each additional KM driven during the duration of your rental.

Hold Policy
It is the policy of Payless to have the confirmed vehicle available for calendar day of the scheduled arrival. If your reservation is for arrival within the last hour of operation and your flight is delayed, the location is required to remain open for an additional hour to accommodate late arrivals. Should you arrive after this time, Payless will hold your vehicle for pick up until 9:00 am the next morning.

Liability Insurance
Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or property other than yourself. It does not cover you or the rented vehicle. Our vehicles are covered by policies of insurance that provide coverage up to the minimums prescribed by the financial responsibility laws of the state or country whose laws apply to the loss.
If an accident occurs, either your personal auto insurance or the Payless liability insurance, or both of them, will pay the claim, depending on which State lor country aws apply.
