Only problem at Las Vegas, was that the cars were NOT ready for pickup. We had to wait around 15 minutes along with 6 others and had to go up to the window to ask a second time before we got the car. That was not good service. Normally, I get my car immediately once we get to the garage from other companies.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
If you do not purchase Collision Damage Waiver, you are responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle.
If you purchase Collision Damage Waiver, we will waive all, or a portion of, our right to collect from you for damage to the rented vehicle caused by collision or upset. The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. We will not waive our right to collect for comprehensive losses such as fire, theft, vandalism, flood, hail, or acts of God. In addition there are other exclusions from Collision Damage Waiver. Please read the back of the Payless Rental Agreement for a complete list of exclusions.
CDW is optional; your personal auto policy may or may not cover damage to the rented vehicle. Check with your insurer if you are uncertain.

Debit cards are not accepted at the time of rental for car classes; Standard Convertible, Full SIze SUV, Premium, Luxury and Elite luxury.
The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $400.00 will be assessed against your debit card at the time of rental. These funds will no longer be available for your immediate use. Unused funds due to you upon
return of the vehicle may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process.

Fuel Policies/Refueling Charges
OPTION 1 BUY A TANK
Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Purchase a full tank of fuel at the time of rental, bring the vehicle back with fuel at any level. Credit will not be issued for unused fuel.
OPTION 2 WE FILL THE TANK
Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Bring the vehicle back full to avoid a charge or Payless will refuel your vehicle based on the miles driven or level of the tank. A refueling service fee will apply per gallon.

Geographical Restrictions / Mileage Limitations
Travel permitted within California, Nevada, and Arizona with unlimited mileage. Vehicles may not leave these 3 states.
Grace Period
Rental is based on a 24-hour period. The client receives a 59-minute grace period. If he/she keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.
Hold Policy
It is the policy of Payless to have the confirmed vehicle available during normal business hours for the calendar day of the scheduled arrival.
Liability Insurance
Liability Insurance:
California law provides that when you rent a vehicle from this Payless location, your personal automobile liability insurance is primary in the event of injury, death or property damage to third persons or their property arising from the use of the rental vehicle. If you do not have personal auto liability insurance, we offer optional insurance products that provide liability coverage:
a Renter''s Liability Insurance Protection: RLI $12.99 day; provides primary coverage for liability losses up to the California statutory minimum; and,
b Supplemental Liability Insurance Protection: SLI $11.99 per day; provides supplemental liability coverage to $1million.
These products may be purchased at your option. Neither is a requirement for the rental of a Vehicle.

By purchasing optional PAI/PAC, you and your passengers are insured against bodily injury, some medical payments and accidental death while occupying the rental vehicle, subject to all the terms, provisions, and exclusions of a group policy. PAC/PAI costs vary by Payless location.

PEC provides coverage up to actual cash value for the loss of personal property in your possession during the rental period, subject to the provisions, terms and exclusions of a group policy. PEC costs vary by Payless location.

If you purchase our Roadside Service Plan RSP we will waive all, or a portion of, the cost of a roadside assistance service call up to the amount of $400.00 per incident. You may purchase RSP at $2.99 per rental day. Benefits include emergency road service towing, winching, jump start, flat tire change, lockout service and emergency fuel delivery. Some restrictions apply; ask for a copy of an RSP brochure at the rental counter.
If you purchase our Roadside Service Plan RSP we will waive all, or a portion of, the cost of a roadside assistance service call up to the amount of $400.00 per incident. You may purchase RSP at $2.99 per rental day. Benefits include emergency road service towing, winching, jump start, flat tire change, lockout service and emergency fuel delivery.
