All drivers must meet our minimum age requirements, present a valid photo drivers license and credit card in his/her own name. All location policies that apply to the renter will also apply to the additional driver.

The additional driver fee: $10.00 per day for any additional authorized drivers after the renter.

Renter must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license and a major credit card in his/her own name.

Renters 21 through 24 years of age add an additional $25.00 per day surcharge.
Underage surcharge will not appear in total pricing.

Renters 21 through 24 years of age may rent only Economy, compact, Intermediate, Standard, Full, Premium Sized cars and Minivans.

If you do not purchase Collision Damage Waiver, you are responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle.

If you purchase Collision Damage Waiver, we will waive all, or a portion of, our right to collect from you for damage to the rented vehicle caused by collision or upset. The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. In addition there are other exclusions from Collision Damage Waiver. Please read the back of the Payless Rental Agreement for a complete list of exclusions.

CDW is optional. Your personal auto policy may cover damage to the rented vehicle. Check with your insurer if you are uncertain.

The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $350.00 will be assessed against your debit card at the time of rental. These funds will no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process.

OPTION 1 BUY A TANK
Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Purchase a full tank of fuel at the time of rental, bring the vehicle back with fuel at any level. Credit will not be issued for unused fuel.

OPTION 2 WE FILL THE TANK
Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Bring the vehicle back full to avoid a charge or Payless will refuel your vehicle based on the miles driven or level of the tank. A refueling service fee will apply per gallon.

Use of the vehicle is restricted to the states of Nevada, Arizona, California and Utah only. Violation of the restriction will result in a mileage charge of .50 cents per mile for each mile driven during the duration of your rental.

Rental is based on a 24-hour period. The client receives a 59-minute grace period. If he/she keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.

It is the policy of Payless to have the confirmed vehicle available during normal business hours for the calendar day of the scheduled arrival.

Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or their property. Liability insurance does not cover injury to you or damage to the rented vehicle. State and Country laws determine whether your personal auto liability insurance or our liability insurance will pay for injuries you cause to others while driving our vehicle.

When you rent a vehicle from this Payless location, your personal automobile liability insurance is primary in the event of injury, death or property damage to third persons or their property arising from the use of the rental vehicle.

If you wish to purchase a liability policy that provides primary or supplemental coverage, we offer the following optional insurance products.

a) Renter Liability Insurance Protection (RLI) - $19.95 per day; provides primary coverage for liability losses up to the Nevada statutory minimum. Exclusions may apply.

b) Supplemental Liability Insurance Protection (SLI) - $9.95 per day; provides supplemental liability coverage to $1 million. Exclusions may apply.

The purchase of optional insurance products is not required to rent the Vehicle.

Clark County NV residents see Local Renter Restrictions.

Local renters include residents of Clark County and Nye County. In addition to all other policies, Local Renters must also provide a utility bill matching their name and address. These items are required at time of rental in order to qualify. Optional liability insurance products are available if you wish to purchase them at time of rental. Cost ranges from $19.95 per day.

We also require $350.00 as a security deposit, in addition to the estimated cost of the rental upfront.

One way rentals are not permitted at this time.

Personal Accident Insurance/Personal Effects Coverage (PAI/PEC) : Passenger Cars $6.00 per day
Minivans and Small Suvs $9.00 per day
15 Passenger Vans and large Suvs $13.00 per day.

By purchasing optional PAI/PEC you and your passengers are insured against bodily injury, some medical payments and accidental death while occupying the rental vehicle, subject to all the terms, provisions and exclusions of a group policy.
PEC provides coverage up to actual cash value for the loss of personal property in your possession during the rental period, subject to the provisions, terms and exclusions of a group policy.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENTERS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
- Must have a valid drivers license from renters/drivers country of origin.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Must have a valid international drivers license if the drivers license of origin is not in Roman alphabet.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ON PRICING:

The rate confirmed does not include optional liability Insurance that you may choose to purchase at the time of rental. The cost for optional liability products ranges from $19.95 per day.

Roadside Assistance Program

If you purchase our Roadside Service Plan (RSP) we will waive all, or a portion of, the cost of a roadside assistance service call up to the amount of $125.00, per incident. You may purchase RSP at $2.99 per rental day. Benefits include emergency road service towing, winching, jump start, flat tire change, lockout service and emergency fuel delivery. Some restrictions apply; ask for a copy of an RSP brochure at the rental counter.

Mc Carran International Airport

Shuttle to car rental consolidated facility is provided by the Aviation Authority. Pick up area is located outside of baggage claim at the Airport terminal.

LOCAL RENTER RESTRICTIONS:

In addition to all other policies, local renters must also provide a current utility bill in their own name and matching the home address. Proof of current Liability insurance is required at the time of rental. Liability insurance products are available for purchase at time of rental. The cost ranges from $19.95 per day and will be required as a condition of rental should you not be able to provide proof.

DISABLED DRIVERS - **Reservations to request disability equipment should be placed only by calling 1-800-PAYLESS**

Hand controls are provided at no additional charge however availability of special equipment must be verified before the reservation can be confirmed. If you require special equipment to operate the vehicle, please contact us at 1-800-PAYLESS. We will process your request and send a confirmation response within 72 hours after verifying availability with the renting location.

.AUTHORIZED DRIVERS FOR VISUAL IMPAIRED RENTERS

A traveling companion who will serve as a driver for a visually impaired renter will be authorized at no additional charge. Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Please advise the Payless representative of the companion driver at the time of rental. Both must be present at the time of the transaction.
