All location policies that apply to the renter will also apply for the additional authorized driver.

Additional driver fee: 4 Euros per day per additional driver.

If the vehicle is returned with a delay of less than 2 hours, it will be tolerated. Yet exceeded by 2 hours, the full day rental rate is charged; ie. daily rate.

Renter must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license for at least one year and a major credit card in his/her own name for Economy through Luxury vehicles.

Renter must be 25 years of age when renting a Pick Up Truck.

CDW 7 Euros per day, all vehicle types.

At this location a Collision Damage Waiver may be purchased for 7 Euros per day, any size vehicle. If CDW is purchased, we agree to waive our right to collect from you for damage to the rented vehicle caused by collision or upset. We will not waive our right to collect for comprehensive losses such as fire, theft, vandalism, flood, hail, or acts of God. In addition there are other requirements and exclusions from Collision Damage Waiver. Please read the back of the Payless Rental Agreement for complete details.

For those who wish to provide written proof of their own collision insurance, applicable in the country of Turkey, a deposit will be required and will vary according to the type of vehicle you rent. A deposit in the amount of 20% of the value of the specific vehicle or a minimum of 2.000 Euros, whichever is greater, will be assessed against your credit card at the time of rental. if the vehicle is returned without damage, the deposit will be refunded. If damages exist you will be required to pay for any and all damage prior to departure.

Road Hazard Protection - 3 Euros per day If you purchase optional Road Hazard Protection, we waive our right to collect from you for damage to tires, windshields and lights, items not included with CDW coverage.

Debit Cards are accepted only at end of rental. Must have a major credit card.

All vehicles are rented with a full tank.

The vehicle is rented with a full tank. Return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid a charge or Payless will refuel your vehicle based on the kilometers driven or level of the tank. A refueling service fee will apply per litre.

Vehicles are not allowed outside Turkish territory.

Rental is based on a 24-hour period. The client receives a 2 hours grace
period. If renter keeps the vehicle after this time, a daily rate will
apply.

It is the policy of Payless to have the confirmed vehicle available during normal business hours for the calendar day of the scheduled arrival.

Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or their property. Liability insurance does not cover injury to you or damage to the rented vehicle. State and Country laws determine whether your personal auto liability insurance or our liability insurance will pay for injuries you cause to others while driving our vehicle.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) - Not offered at this location.

Local Renters must meet our minimum age requirements and present a valid photo driver's license. In addition a local renter must have an ID Card or similar to prove his/her identity.

One way rentals are permitted to the following locations:

Ankara - Drop Fee 150.00 Euros
Izmir - Drop Fee 150.00 Euros
Antalya - Drop Fee 250.00 Euros

Credit Card Hold (Mandatory):
The estimated amount of the rental plus a minimum of 500.00 Euros will be authorized against your credit card at the time of rental.

Cash Rentals:
Not Accepted.

Debit Cards:
Accepted for payment at the end of the rental only.

Vouchers:
Not accepted

At this location a Collision Damage Waiver may be purchased for 7 Euros per day, any size vehicle. PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) is optional at a charge of 15 Euros per
day per driver for any type of vehicle.

Local Renters must meet our minimum age requirements; present a valid photo driver's license and credit card in his/her own name and proof of transferable liability insurance. In addition, local renter must have an ID Cart or similar to prove his/her identity.

All drivers must meet the renting location's minimum age requirements, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and present a major credit card in his/her own name at the time of rental. See also age, driver's license, driving records, and credit cards.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENTERS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY:
- Must have a valid drivers license from renters/drivers country of origin.
- Must have a valid pasport
- Must have a valid international drivers license if the drivers license of origin is not in same language as that of the renting country.
- Payless may require written proof of liability insurance covering injury to third persons or their property and collision and comprehensive insurance covering any Payless vehicle while on rent. Written proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number.

Ataturk Airport

Proceed to the rental counter just past the baggage claim area in the airport terminal. Vehicles are delivered by valet upon completion of the rental process.

Child Seat Infant / Toddler 4 Euros per day.

GPS/ Navigation Kit 4 Euros per day.

OGS(Easy Pass for TOLLS) - variable depending on travel routes.
