Additional Driver Surcharge: $10.00 per contract.

Additional Drivers must meet the minimum age requirements, present a valid driver's license and credit card. All location policies that apply to the renter will also apply to the additional driver.

Renter must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and credit card in his/her own name.

Collision Damage Waiver/Responsibility for Vehicle Damage:

If you do not purchase Collision Damage Waiver, you are responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle.

If you purchase Collision Damage Waiver, we will waive all, or a portion of, our right to collect from you for damage to the rented vehicle caused by collision or upset. The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. We will not waive our right to collect for comprehensive losses such as fire, theft, vandalism, flood, hail, or acts of God. In addition there are other exclusions from Collision Damage Waiver. Please read the back of the Payless Rental Agreement for a complete list of exclusions.

CDW Cost:
$15.95 per day for cars, $19.95 per day for vans

All vehicles are rented with a full tank of gasoline and must be returned full. Pre-paid fuel options are not available.

The Island of Guam

Rental is based on a 24-hour period. The client receives a 59-minute grace period. If he/she keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.

It is the policy of Payless to have the confirmed vehicle available during normal business hours for the calendar day of the scheduled arrival.

Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or their property. Liability insurance does not cover injury to you or damage to the rented vehicle. State and Country laws determine whether your personal auto liability insurance or our liability insurance will pay for injuries you cause to others while driving our vehicle.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) You can purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) at $11.99 per rental day or $83.93 per week. If you do, your liability coverage increases to as much as $1million combined single limit for each accident. This coverage greatly expands your liability protection, perhaps even beyond your own personal auto policy. Restrictions apply, ask for a copy of an SLI brochure at the rental counter.
All rental rates include 3rd Party Liability Insurance.

PAC/PAI - $7.00 per day
Personal Accident Coverage/Personal Accident Insurance: By electing to purchase optional PAC/PAI coverage at the designated daily rate, the renter and any of his passengers are insured while occupying the rental vehicle subject to all provisions of the group policy.

All drivers must meet the renting location's minimum age requirements, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and present a major credit card in his/her own name at the time of rental. See also age, driver's license, driving records, and credit cards.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENTERS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
- Must have a valid drivers license from renters/drivers country of origin.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Must have a valid international drivers license if the drivers license of origin is not in Roman alphabet.
- Payless requires written proof in English of liability insurance covering injury to third persons or their property and collision and comprehensive insurance covering any Payless vehicle while on rent. Written proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number

Guam International Airport

Free shuttle service is available to and from the Guam International Airport. Upon arrival please call the location for pick up. Our Agent will meet you at the East Arrivals Entrance/Exit area of the airport.

Free shuttle service is available to and from all local hotels. Please call to make arrangements for pick up.

Shuttle service to and/or from other areas is available subject to a service charge ranging from $10.00 to $50.00, depending on the location. Please call to make arrangements for pick up.

Child Seat Infant - $6.00 per day
Child Seat Toddler - $6.00 per day

Hand controls are provided at no additional fee. A minimum advance notice of 72 hours is required. Equipment may vary in operation type, being either pull or push type. We may not be able to supply hand controls for all makes and models of vehicles. We may not be able to provide disability equipment that is either permanently installed or involves permanent alteration to a vehicle, such as left-foot gas pedal extensions.
We do not have permanently modified vehicles such as wheelchair-driver position or ramp-access vans. Between an airport terminal and the rental office, ADA access transportation may be provided by services other than Payless. This service is provided at no additional charge or increase in rental rate.
Drivers for the blind or those whose equipment needs can not be met may drive a car as an Authorized Driver for the person to whom a vehicle is rented. The Authorized Driver must possess a valid driver's license and be age 25. There is no additional fee for an Additional Authorized Driver under these circumstances.
The person with disability needs must identify him/herself as visually or physically challenged and that a driver is being provided at the time of reservation. Both the person for whom the needs are requested and the driver must be present at the time of rental transaction.
