Additional authorized drivers must meet the minimum age requirements and present a valid photo drivers license and credit card in his/her own name. All location policies that apply to the renter will also apply.

Additional driver surcharge is $6.00/day $42.00/week.

After hour returns are permitted.

Renter must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license for at least one year and a major credit card in his/her own name.

Renters 21-25 cannot purchase Full CDW insurance.

If you do not purchase Collision Damage Waiver, you are responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle.

If you purchase Collision Damage Waiver, we will waive all, or a portion of, our right to collect from you for damage to the rented vehicle caused by collision or upset. The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of coverage you purchase. We will not waive our right to collect for comprehensive losses such as fire, theft, vandalism, flood, hail, or acts of God. In addition there are other exclusions from Collision Damage Waiver. Please read the back of the Payless Rental Agreement for a complete list of exclusions.

CDW is optional; your personal auto policy may cover damage to the rented vehicle. Check with your insurer if you are uncertain, but bear in mind that unless our Full Coverage CDW is purchased, and damage to rented vehicle occurs, Renter/Hirer will be required to personally pay for such damage up-front, and seek reimbursement afterward from any personal auto policy.

Debit Cards are accepted.

The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $1,800.00 will be assessed against your debit card at the time of rental. These funds will no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process.

Rental must be in reservation name. Reservation may not be altered at the time of rental.

A confirmation of your reservation does not mean that your debit / check card is acceptable.

ALL VEHICLES RENTED WITH FULL TANK
Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Bring the vehicle back full there is no Fuel Charge. If vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, Payless will refuel your vehicle based on level of the tank. A refueling service fee will apply per gallon.

Use of the vehicle is restricted to the island of Grand Cayman. Violation of the restriction will result in a mileage charge of .50 cents for each mile driven during the duration of your rental.

Rental is based on a 24-hour period. The client receives a 59-minute grace period. If he/she keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.

It is the policy of Payless to have the confirmed vehicle available for calendar day of the scheduled arrival.

Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or their property. Liability insurance does not cover injury to you or damage to the rented vehicle. State and Country laws determine whether your personal auto liability insurance or our liability insurance will pay for injuries you cause to others while driving our vehicle.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) You can purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) at $9.00 per rental day, $63.00 per week. If you do, your liability coverage increases to as much as $1 million combined single limit for each accident. This coverage greatly expands your liability protection, perhaps even beyond your own personal auto policy. Restrictions apply, ask for a copy of a SLI brochure at the rental counter.

One way rentals are not permitted.

Please walk to the Payless office, a very short distance directly across from the Airport Arrivals.

Government Regulation in the Cayman Islands prohibits:
1)Customer pick-ups from the Airport Terminal
2)Customer pick-ups from the Hotels/Condos when luggage/baggage is present.
