Additional drivers are allowed. They must meet the minimum age requirements, present a valid photo drivers license. All locations policies that apply to the renter will also apply to the additional driver.
Additional driver fee: $ 9.99 per day per additional driver
Exclusions: Spouse and Business Associate from the same company.

After hours return is available at all times. A key drop box is located next to the front door and your receipt will be mailed on the next business day. After hour shuttle service may be available only if prior arrangements are made by calling the location directly at .

Renter must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license and a major credit card in his/her own name.

Renters 21 through 24 years of age with a valid drivers license and a major credit in his/her own name - add an additional $24.99 per day surcharge.

Persons under the age of 25 years are eligible to rent Economy through Full Size cars and Mini Vans only.

If you do not purchase Collision Damage Waiver, you are responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle.

If you purchase Collision Damage Waiver, we will waive all, or a portion of, our right to collect from you for damage to the rented vehicle caused by collision or upset. The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. We will not waive our right to collect for comprehensive losses such as fire, theft, vandalism, flood, hail, or acts of God. In addition there are other exclusions from Collision Damage Waiver. Please read the back of the Payless Rental Agreement for a complete list of exclusions.

CDW is optional; your personal auto policy may cover damage to the rented vehicle. Check with your insurer if you are uncertain.

We can elect not to rent to you if you do not present proof of auto liability and physical damage insurance coverage.

Debit Cards:
The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $250.00 will be assessed against your debit card at the time of rental. These funds will no longer be available for you immediate use and may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank, to become available. we will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process.

Debit cards may be used for the rental of Economy through Full Size cars and
Mini Vans only.

OPTION #1 BUY A TANK
Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Purchase a full tank of fuel at the time of rental, bring the vehicle back with fuel at any level. Credit will not be issued for unused fuel.

OPTION #2 WE FILL THE TANK
Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Bring the vehicle back full to avoid a charge or Payless will refuel your vehicle based on the miles driven or level of the tank. A refueling service fee will apply per gallon.

Use of the vehicle is restricted to the state of Florida unless otherwise authorized in writing at the time of rental. Violation of the restriction will result in a mileage charge of .25 cents per mile for each mile driven during the duration of your rental.

Use of the vehicle is restricted to 200 free miles per day unless otherwise
authorized in writing at the time of rental. Excess mileage is charged at
.25 cents for each mile driven over 200 per day.

The MAXIMUM mileage allowance for any rental is 2500 miles with a .25 cents per mile charge for mileage over 2500. Call the location directly at to discuss additional mileage allowances.

The rental is based on a 24-hour period starting when the vehicle is rented. The renter receives a 59-minute grace period. If the renter keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.

It is the policy of Payless to have the confirmed vehicle available during normal business hours for the calendar day of the scheduled arrival.

Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or their property. Liability insurance does not cover injury to you or damage to the rented vehicle. State and Country laws determine whether your personal auto liability insurance or our liability insurance will pay for injuries you cause to others while driving our vehicle.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLIA)

You can purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLIA) at $14.99 per rental day. If you do, your liability coverage increases to as much as $1 million combined single limit for each accident. This coverage greatly expands your liability protection, perhaps even beyond your own personal auto policy. Restrictions apply; ask for a copy of an SLIA brochure at the rental counter.

This location requires written proof in English of transferable liability insurance covering injury to third persons or their property and collision insurance covering any Payless vehicle while on rent. Written proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number.

CREDIT CARD HOLD:

DEBIT CARDS:
Eligible debit cards must have the Visa or MasterCard logo. Stored value,
prepaid, gift cards are not acceptable to qualify for rental. The estimated
amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $250.00 will be assessed
against your debit card at the time of rental. These funds will no longer be

your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned

CASH RENTALS:
Cash is accepted for payment at the end of the rental.

VOUCHERS: Not Accepted

PAC/PAI and PEC- $ 9.99 per day

Personal Accident Insurance: PAI provides certain life and medical benefits in the event of an accidental death and/or injury occurring during the rental. PAI coverage extends to the customer for the duration of the rental and to all passengers while entering, exiting and occupying the car.

Personal Effects Coverage: PEC provides limited protection for loss or damage to covered personal effects while such personal effects are in transit or in any hotel or other building en route during the rental period. Coverage applies to the customer and members of the customer's immediate family who permanently reside in the customer's household and are traveling with the renter.

All drivers must meet the renting location's minimum age requirements, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and present a major credit card in his/her own name at the time of rental. See also age, driver's license, driving records, and credit cards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENTERS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
- Must have a valid drivers license from renters/drivers country of origin.
- Must have a valid pasport
- Must have a valid international drivers license if the drivers license of origin is not in Roman alphabet.
- Payless requires written proof in English of liability insurance covering injury to third persons or their property and collision and comprehensive insurance covering any Payless vehicle while on rent. Written proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number.

Local Renters:
Local Renters must meet our minimum age requirements; present a valid photo driver's license and credit in his.her name and proof of transferable liability insurance.

DISABLED DRIVERS - **Reservations to request disability equipment should be placed only by calling 1-800-PAYLESS**

Hand controls are provided at no additional charge however availability of special equipment must be verified before the reservation can be confirmed. If you require special equipment to operate the vehicle, please contact us at 1-800-PAYLESS. We will process your request and send a confirmation response within 72 hours after verifying availability with the renting location.

AUTHORIZED DRIVERS FOR VISUAL IMPAIRED RENTERS

A traveling companion who will serve as a driver for a disabled renter will be authorized at no additional charge. Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Please advise the Payless representative of the companion driver at the time of rental. Both must be present at the time of the transaction
