Additional Drivers must meet the minimum age requirements, present a valid driver's license and credit card. All location policies that apply to the renter will also apply to the additional driver.

Renter must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and major
credit card in his/her own name. Jordanian residents with Jordanian
license must be 25 years of age.

Excluding: antenna, hubcap, mirror, gas cap, windshield, and wipers. In case of accident, damage to vehicle or theft the renter is required to provided a police report within 24 hrs. failure to provide a police report or if renter was in violation of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The renter will be held financially responsible up to the total value of the vehicle, repairs and expenses reguardless if CDW was accepted of declined.

Collision Damage Waiver: When a vehicle is rented from payless and subject to certain restrictions and limitations under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, the customer is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, regardless of cause. Where collision damage waiver cdw is offered and accepted by the customer for an additional charge daily or partial day/weekly, Payless waives all or part as indicated on the rental agreement of the customer's liability for damages to the vehicle provided the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are not violated.

If at the time of rental, the customer can not present proof of coverage for loss or damage to the rental vehicle, he/she may be required to purchase cdw as a condition of rental. International travelers should be prepared to present valid proof of conforming coverage including a description of coverage of the rental vehicle.

All vehicles are rented with a full tank of gasoline and must be returned full. Pre-paid fuel options are available. Please check at rental counter for details.

Vehicles must remain within Jordan.

Rental is based on a 24-hour period. The client receives a 59-minute grace period. If he/she keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.

It is the policy of Payless to have the confirmed vehicle available during normal business hours for the calendar day of the scheduled arrival.

Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or property other than yourself. It does not cover you or the rented vehicle. Our vehicles are covered by policies of insurance that provide coverage up to the minimums prescribed by the financial responsibility laws of the State or country whose laws apply to the loss.
If an accident occurs, either your personal auto insurance or the Payless liability insurance, or both of them, will pay the claim, depending on which State or Country laws apply.

Drops are available within land borders to Israel & Aqaba airport for 35 JOD, subject to approval at rental counter.

By electing to purchase optional PAC/PAI coverage at the designated daily rate, the renter and any of his passengers are insured while occupying the rental vehicle subject to all provisions of the group policy. PAC/PAI cost may vary by location.

All drivers must meet the renting location's minimum age requirements, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and present a major credit card in his/her own name at the time of rental. See also age, driver's license, driving records, and credit cards.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENTERS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
- Must have a valid drivers license from renters/drivers country of origin.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Must have a valid international drivers license if the drivers license of origin is not in Roman alphabet.
- Payless requires written proof in English of liability insurance covering injury to third persons or their property and collision and comprehensive insurance covering any Payless vehicle while on rent. Written proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number

24 hour emergency roadside assistance available.

No shuttle is required. The vehicle is rented at the Payless counter in the airport terminal. The customer then walks to the vehicle located right outside of the terminal.
