NU Car Rentals - Argentina Policies & Insurance

NU Car Rentals service is provided in co-operation with Global Rent A Car in Bulgaria. If valid flight details are received at time of booking, you will be met by an agent bearing a sign with your name on it upon exiting the Baggage claim area. Vehicles are delivered to the airport and are held for up to 2 hours after the time of arrival given at time of booking. Our operating hours are from Monday through Friday - 09:00 to 18:00. Should your pick up time be outside those hours an 'After Hours' fee of 20.00EUR will apply locally. If flight details was not received, please call 55 and an agent will have your car delivered to the airport within 20 minutes.

Infant, child and toddler seats are available upon request for an additional fee of USD15.00/rental. GPS is also available upon request for an additional fee of USD5.00/day.

Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank or renter will be charged USD5.00 per litre.

If your rate quote did not indicate a one way is available or you need to drop your vehicle at a cruise dock, hotel etc. please inquire with us directly for availabillity and costs.

All drivers must possess a major credit card in his or her name, hold a current, non-probationary license from their country of residence, or an international driver's permit in conjunction with a valid license. All renters must meet all rental requirements and have their name on the rental agreement at time of rental. Minimum age is 21, maximum age is 70.

At certain times of the year it will be necessary to provide a credit card guarantee in order to reserve a car. Certain car types may require a credit card guarantee year round. If your reservation requires a credit card in order to book, please be sure to cancel at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid any cancellation fee. This fee compensates us for our inability to rent the vehicle while it was reserved for your use. Reservations MUST be cancelled through the original booking source.

American Express, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted. Cash rentals and Debit cards accepted as form of payment at the end of the rental. A major and valid credit card in the renters own name is required in order to rent a vehicle. A security deposit may be required.

All quoted rates are in US Dollars and payments will taken in the local currency. A rental day consists of a 24 hour period commencing with the date and time indicated on the rental contract. Any changes to the reservation or rental may result in a change of rate or an additional fee. There are no refunds for early returns. If you require multiple vehicles for the same dates or overlapping periods, please make sure to use the actual name of the driver for each reservation. Otherwise the duplicate name reservations will be automatically cancelled. NU Car Rentals will not be responsible for any cancelled reservations. We use reasonable commercial efforts to insure the accuracy of all information posted on our website or distributed to other websites. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of rental charges paid to us. The terms, conditions and prevailing law covering the rental shall be those stated on the rental contract presented at the actual rental location.
