Midway Car Rental Reviews

The staff in the office was great and was quick transaction. The outside staff where I received and drop off my car was terrible. The wait time was approximately 30 min after I turned in my paperwork. On the return was the same bad experience then stated I did not fill up with fuel. The fuel error was corrected by it was still a time consuming experience. I will come back because the vehicle great were great. But I will think twice about it if a better rate should should come my way.

Good rental experience in according with our aspectation

Waited on promptly by a woman who was very stoic. I haven\'t received a receipt email from Midway yet. When I picked up my rental, the man that helped me was busy and I felt rushed, but he did politely answer questions, and quickly left. My car ended up being a large SUV and not the economy that I ordered. It was nice, but gas just about killed me. There was no mention of this upgrade at the time of check in. I was surprised to see this SUV as my rental. I will recommend/use Midway and CRX again.

I loved the car. It was in excellent condition. The staff inside were great and the staff outside showing me the car were particularly great. Wish I had gotten his name- but the gentleman at the garage who brought me the car (Jan 25th 2012 around 7pm, LAX location) really brightened my day. The airport was really terrible, and he made me smile. It was nice.

Everything was good and the car was exellent.

I rent cars often, and Midway Car Rental, by far exceeded my expectations. I appreciated how quickly and easily my rental process was.

They were out of cars by the time we got there (we entered the wrong time), but they quickly worked with another agency across the street, which was fine. No problem!!!
