There was (only) a difference of $2.00 from the rate quoted. I was originally quote $260 and the rate charged was $ 262

The location was close to the airport and they sent a shuttle to pick us up. Had no real problems with them. Have to admit I was nervous because it wasn't one of the big rental places, so I was afraid to get ripped off or something. However, everything went well. Price was cheaper than any other place around by $100!

Very pleased with the service - requested and was quoted on an economy model, but none being available was upgraded without fuss, without extra charge and without even an annoying sales pitch to pay for an upgrade. Much appreciated! Easygoing, genuinely friendly staff. Thanks

Upon arriving an hour late, due to airline delays , they claimed they no longer kept my reservation although I provided them with my confirmation receipt. They had no more cars on the lot so we had to go to another rental car company, which ended up costing us $300 more than the original. The gentleman I spoke to was adamant that I should have had zero expectation that they would hold my reservation. He as extremely rude and unprofessional.

NO.The WORST ever. I was disciplined before entering.I wasn't greeted. Two male staff members were eating and had food on their mouths. I wasn't acknowledged, instead, the female kept telling me to move my car instead of just taking care of my needs

pay a fee online, but when drop up the car the person who attend me forced me to take other taxes that had not selected that I did not like but had no time to find another agency

The staff needs to be better prepared fo handle getting you in the vehicle. It took nearly 40 mins. and I was 2nd in line. The could not find my reservation and the attendent was to worried about what was going on around him to wait on me.

The vehicle we chose would not have been available if arrived 5 minutes later. It was double booked. Also, the CD player was broken. Overall, the car performed well and we had no trouble picking up or dropping off.
