The agent (Manager) said our reservation was deleted and tried to charge us $5 or than the internet rate, we already showed him our e-mail quote, the car we originally given was all scratched up and muddy inside, when we requested another car the, the guy rolled his eyes and mumbled. When we received the car the tire pressure was really low, the sensors were going off. When we asked for him to fill the tires, he said \"why don\'t you go to gas station and fill it up yourself!\"

Short line but very long wait to check in. Upgrade to mid-sized car more than 5 times the price shown on the internet, had trouble with return process, they were unable to process a receipt and the charge was more than I was told at check in. The car was great but the rest of the experiance made it unlikely that I will rent with EZ again.
I was given one of the worst cars and the car was filthy inside. The entire rental experience was subpar
and I do not plan on renting at this location again. Also, the manager for this location is terrible to his employees
and not helpful to the customers.
The Mitsubishi Eclipse was quite a bit smaller than a Ford Mustang which is what was described on the website. I couldn't fit my bag in the trunk and so had to drive with it in the back seat. It was definitely a compact car that was a convertible not a standard sized car.
The insurance was quite pricey and the agent seemed to be quite high pressure in selling it. The guest ahead of me walked out over the insurance pitch.
No problems and everything went very smoothly.
The minivan we rented was dirty but we cleaned it.
