The agent (Manager) said our reservation was deleted and tried to charge us $5 or than the internet rate, we already showed him our e-mail quote, the car we originally given was all scratched up and muddy inside, when we requested another car the, the guy rolled his eyes and mumbled. When we received the car the tire pressure was really low, the sensors were going off. When we asked for him to fill the tires, he said \"why don\'t you go to gas station and fill it up yourself!\"

Very good service. I would rate EZ Rent higher than any other car rental that I have used in the past.
