I was 20 minutes late on my return and was charged a full day. I expected to pay a penalty like other rentals of $5.00 an hour but I think that policy of charging for a full day is outrageous. I complained but I was told the computer would not allow any changes. I was late for my flight so I couldn\'t argue or speak to the manager. I would never recommend your rental company for that lone reason.

I had a great experience except for the return, which I was 20 minutes later that the 12:00pm return time because of traffic and refuelling. I was charged an extra day for being 20 minutes late. I was willing to pay a penalty but not a full day plus tax. When I complained the service person he said the computer would allow it. I was in a rush to get to the airport so I couldn\'t argue. I rent 6 to 8 cars a year often for two to three weeks at a time I hesitate to use your service again.
