My husband booked the car for me online. He registered his Visa number ( as I don\'t have one) and the reservation was in my name. When I tried to picked up my car the girl said : \" I cannot give you the car because the visa is not in the name of the person in the reservation\". We explain her we are maried, that I don\'t have visa...she refused to modify or cancell our reservation and she force us to book another car. Last time I book with them and I will make sure my reviews appear on internet.

I clearly requested a STANDARD sized vehicle. The ford fiesta should definitely NOT be rated as a standard sized car. It did not have the power to accomodate 4 adults, 4 pieces of luggage and highway driving around the province. It should be rated as an economy car. I was of the understanding that a honda civic type vehicle would be standard rated. It would be wonderful to see a chart provided as to which cars are rated in which category. This would have clarified my car rental BEFORE pick up.
