Economy Rent A Car - Puerto Rico Reviews

My mom rented two cars for our family of 12 people. They would not let her rent two cars on her one credit card. So we had one on her card and one on my husbands card. But because both my brother and I were driving they made us have to pay an extra $10 a day per car for a second driver. That cost an extra $70 per car totalling $140 more dollars than my mom anticipated spending on car rental for this vacation. Very annoying and upsetting.

The staff was very accommodating, we rented a vehicle prior to leaving on a cruise and after returning the vehicle they shuttled us back to the cruise terminal.

We cancelled our reservation a week before arrival. We are still getting emails about this car rental company.

everything worked fine

waited at airport for 30 minutes, then called to get picked up another 15 minutes, was not even offered anything to drink after waiting in the hot weather. was not offered a map. called several t imes make sure that we directions correct to get car returned. your ad says that you are at the airport which you are not and your name is not economy in puerto rico it is target which we found out trying to get a phone number for the retail agency. very, very,very disappointed.

First the vehicle needed was not available. We were given an Suv which was full of ants everywhere and my kids returned with ant bites all over. The vehicle tires were worn out completly which made very unsafe to drive. Also, the drivers front tire had being run flat andthe shape of the wheel was very noticeable, this makes the tire wall very weak and a hazard on the road. This is not to mention that we were also told that an $850 deposit was needed at the time of pick up, is was nvr told

Very much satisfied with vehicle and service! It would be perfect if insurance was included with the credit card.

Great people, just didnt know where to wait for the bus to take us to the rent a place,

IT WAS ALL RIGHT THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD MY INSURANCE ON A DAILEY BASIS COST MORE THAN THE CXAR RENTAL
