Car was older, more stained up in side and with higher milage than the big name rental cars, but for the price it was fine and I had no trouble with the car. The staff at Burbank was very nice.

Car was a bit old and stained up inside and with higher milage than you would normaly expect. But there were no problems with it and for the price it was fine. The staff in Burbank was very helpful.
The vehicle did not seem to be in great shape- tires questionable, some engine light came on on the 4th day and I did not have time to deal with taking it in. I was not impressed!!
The car did not have enough air in front tires.
The price on internet : 877 $
The price when I took the car : 2080 $
And I ask you if it will be the good price !!!

Using Priceline.com to get the reservation set up, I thought I had paid upfront for the rental, but it seems that I hadn't and was confused when we were asked to pay again; Priceline gets very confusing and I will not be using them again. No issues with Discovery themselves, though.
I was very satisfied with this agency. I usually rent with Alamo or Budget rental. I definitely would rent again.
great gas mileage and the price was as negotiated. Great experience and would recommend this agency to anyone.
