Booked vehicle through website.Upon arrival they said the website shouldn't have been working and didn't know how I got through to book a vehicle. They said they were out of rental vehicles but as I had a confirmation number they looked after me and got a vehicle for my vacation stay. Was great how they looked after me...........thanks

I booked the rental of a van online at their website. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle they had no reservation there for us. Kelly was fantastic and after a few phone calls they had a van for us. We were very pleased with the quick and courteous service we received especially being how busy and booked up all car rentals were. We will definatley be back and recommend them highly. Many thanks

The problem I have is that I was charged to much and I'm still waiting for my refund after speaking with Shawn @ 92 Elizabeth ave., St. John's NFLD about 1 month & 1/2 ago. He advised me that he was crediting my credit card but note done yet.
Second question cannot be answered as I haven't been billed yet. 6th question - my mistake not to take an upgrade as the seats in the Cobra are horrendous. 7th questions depends on how much I feel the bill stings. More klicks gratis, please.
The person at the office who did the paperwork was unhappy, frustrated by frequent phone calls and unpleasant to deal with. We had a change in plans and needed to pay for unlimited miles, but it was unavailable. Returning on Sunday was inconvenient.
I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a booster seat available for rental because I had forgotten mine and found myself in a panic the morning of the pick-up trying to find one at a local store. Other than that, I felt the staff were great.
The staff was very helpful, thanks to Shawn and I am looking forward to renting with Discount in the future.
