I was disappointed initially when I presented to the address qouted on the website carrentalexpress.com as it turned out to be the headquarters and they were surprised I was at their office when they have no cars there. This was soon rectified as within 15 minutes the car was brought to me and all the procedures were done right then and there. Super helpful. Thanks.

The reservation turned out great, but I have to admit that I was a little skeptical - prior to picking up the vehicle, I was told that there were no minivans available, but then I insisted I already had a reservation and in the end it turned out ok. I also had to pick up from a location other than the one where I booked.
