In general, our rental experience was very good. My only concern was that the car was not inspected before it was rented out after we returned it, and after telling the rental agent that the tires were low. It raises concern over the safety of the vehicle. The good rate for the car would be a draw to rent again, but I would warn others to be cautious about safety.

I recently had a family vacation in NYC, so I reserved a 12 passenger van fro from Carriage Auto Rental to take my family on a road trip to Canada. Lennie, our sale rep was very helpful. He showed up ealier than pick up time to take care of us, gave us a 15-passenger van for the same rate. When we returned the van, he even took us to the GW Bridge and showed us how to take the bus back to Manhattan, which saved us a $60 cab ride. Thanks Lennie, you're awesome. I would totally rent from u again.

This agency has the lowest underage surcharge. It's really nice not to be behaved as a kid. Car was in a good condition but windshield wipers was a bit old. My overall score would be 9.5/10.

Due to a "Glitch" in your system, the Mini van that I reserved this past weekend, even after getting a confirmation email was actually not available. I was then offered a compact car or a convertable as if they were comparable in passenger occupancy.
