One thing that could have made it better would have been to have access right on airport property. Except for a miscommunication about the fact that we had all of our luggage with us at the time of my first call for our pick-up (which meant we ended up waiting extra time), the whole rental experience was very good. The last two questions on your survey do not lend themselves to being answered in the format you offer. The choices should be a simple \"YES\" or \"NO\" and perhaps \"MAYBE\"!
