Just one complaint, I unfortunately managed to scratch the lower back bumper and emailed you to ask about procedure when returning the vehicle but didn\'t get a reply. Hertz were actually very professional anyway and we sorted it out but would have been helpful to hear back from you guys. Also, do you operate a loyalty scheme, would be interedted in joining if so. Thanks Chris

One thing that should have been present with the vehicle but was not is snow chains. At this time of year one never knows when they will be needed.

The person who shows you to your car should also make sure they briefly explain the main features of the car. I had difficulties opening the trunk and was only showed how to do so when I asked for help. I was also not aware that the car was triptonic so wasted a lot of gas until the second day when I realised I could change the gears myself.

We had a 10:00 AM flight from Milan. We arrived at the airport at 7:45 AM There was NO attendant available. Therefore I returned the car outside where I had originally picked it up. I then went to return the keys, upstairs at the auto desk. I was then told I had to return the car to the inside of the garage. I returned to the garage and brought the car back in , but again there was NO attendant. I went back to the auto desk upstairs and returned the keys. I was afraid I would miss my flight.

Shuttle Bus was not really laid out for transporting people with luggage (people only) access was difficult. Otherwise the service, personnel and vehicle was very good.

We have rented many cars for years. Our experience with your staff at the Rome Airport was horrible and beyond belief. We joined a long line waiting service and the Manager left for 15 minutes and on her return, she quit helping check-in and sat at her desk organizing papers. The one clerk, after about an hour, got to us, gave us a key and sent us to find our car, which took 30 minutes to find. You lost every customer in that line, as they were all irate. Cheap rates. Bad Service.
