Just one complaint, I unfortunately managed to scratch the lower back bumper and emailed you to ask about procedure when returning the vehicle but didn\'t get a reply. Hertz were actually very professional anyway and we sorted it out but would have been helpful to hear back from you guys. Also, do you operate a loyalty scheme, would be interedted in joining if so.
