Car was keyed (scratched) - did not take CDW, rental agency sent bill for over $300 to fix scratch - problem is, estimate attached to bill is for damage that was already done to car before we rented, as evidenced by pre-rental walkaround paperwork. So now have to fight with rental company to get corrected. They also want to charge a full day\'s rental for taking the car out of service for approximately 3 hours. Will probably not rent from them again.
