It was written that it was at the airport and it is not, I arrived at Toronto airport at 14:30 and the whole process took about 2hrs I was able to leave Toronto before 16:30 because it is not at the Airport. Car had 35 000km which is way to high if you compare with other company usually you don\'t get something higher than 12 000km. Would I recommend it I don\'t know. Price on the web 231$tx inc - Paid 401$tx inc ??? Everybody there were surprise about the price on the reservation and on site.

took a long time for pickup and the car had stained interior
I had a dodge caravan, the head rests in the second row didn\'t function properly and therefore are somewhat unsafe.
Price was good but experience was not
The worst
I am very annoyed with this rental agency. It took 50 min from when I called to get picked up at the airport. This made me hit the worst of the traffic which in turn made me miss my Neice at her Easter pageant. The guy behind the counter thought it was funny that I would now be stuck in traffic for hours. Also the car only had slightly over half a tank of gas. How am I supposed to figure out how much to put in to get it to the same level? There is a $5 charge to transfer my private insurance
the person on the counter was rude and did not provided right information. gave me a car which was dirty and stinks from inside.the seat cover was dirty and overall the car never meet my requirement.i would never recommend this to any of my friends and colleagues

This is really bad experiene with your company and i never recommend to any one .
I was rental online and there is rate and price is $37.32 but when i rent car than he show me this extra ,extra extra and what i was booked car that i did\'t got one main thing is customer service is just garbage employee is stand not for better service but just for ...i have no words
anyway my $37.32 bill end up with $440.64
so i decide to go to consumer court and file for this open robery

Very dissatisfied. The shuttle took a long time and then it proceeded to Payless Car rental and then took me back to the airport before dropping me off. The agent was rude and his service skills were poor. Charge $5.00 per day to transfer over my insurance and would not explain why. It lead me to believe he was putting the money in his own pocket. Will \"never\" rent there again.
