The system for picking up and dropping off customers at the airport needs improvement. Otherwise very friendly and professional.

It was wonderful.

Staff was not professional about pick up at the airport. They stated if we did not get there by a certain time we would have to take a cab to the rental place. When we brought the van back...the person behind the desk greeted us and said there was no one to take us back to the airport...(3:30 p.m.) finally they made arrangements and took us to the airport. Stated we would get a cheaper rate if we would call on phone instead of Internet. very unprofessional.

Worst experience ever, I lost $50 in taxis and what is most important I lost my time!!

Best car rental in years been a long time enterprise customer but Allstate changed all that.
