We can pick up and drop off renters in the local area surrounding our locations.

Airport Service

Allstate Auto Rentals provides airport pickup and dropoff services.

Renting from our off site location will save renters additional airport fees. These fees can be as much as $3.25 per rental day and an additional 10% airport concession fee. These fees are in addition to renters daily rate and 11.5% Maryland state tax.

We specialize in retail rentals and insurance replacement rentals. We offer special rates for Ner Israel College.

Special Services

We do pick up and deliver renters in the local area. We rent vehicles that have manufacturer roadside assistance programs in place.

Age Requirements

Minimum Age: 21

Age 21-24 a young driver fee will apply. **Certain special equipment you must be 25 to rent**

Cash Deposit Rentals

We require a major credit card or debit card at the time of rental. Drivers license and credit card must be in the same name. We will obtain a minimum of $250.00 or the estimated cost of the rental plus 15% (which ever is greater) at the time of rental.

Parkville/Towson (Baltimore, MD)

Owings Mill, Pikesville Reisterstown, Towson/Parkville and Glen Burnie. We can pick up and deliver to BWI airport during our normal business hours with advance notice. Renters can rent at one of our locations and return to any of our other locations free of charge.
