Ordered a VW online, never got an email that it would not be available. Instead a Mini, with airbags not working properly and not yet ready to rent out in the morning. Just lucky there was an alternative probably. In general not enough cars to choose from at particular station.....

Hi baby. Reservations got a reservation number went to pick up my car and date did not have any cars available. Lost a lot of money payday taxi 40 bucks to go pick up the rental car, If you make a reservation and get a reservation number I expect to get a car or at least a call stating that there is no cars available that was a waste of time money and effort
