All Rite Rent-A-Car Policies & Insurance

Renters name must match the name on the credit card. The signature on the back of the credit card must match the name imprinted on the credit card. For rentals of less than 7 days, authorization is obtained at time of rental for the estimated charges plus $200.00 deposit, and all charges are billed to credit card at the time the car is returned or at time the rental is extended. For rentals of 7 days or more, the rental charges plus $200.00 deposit may be precharged to the credit card and a credit is issued upon return.

For cash deposits, an advance reservation is recommended (for qualification purposes).

All cash, ATM & Visa Check Card deposit renters must be at least 18 years old, with a verifiable phone number, proof of transferable full coverage insurance (unless purchasing insurance waivers (VDW,LIW)from us), a current utility bill for proof of residence and verifiable employment. For people missing comprehensive and collision insurance, we offer VDW at an extra charge of ($8.99 a day and up). For those missing Liability insurance we offer LIW at an extra charge ($10.99 a day and up). Exceptions may be made if you call us in advance of rental.

For local customers, cash, ATM & Visa Check Card deposits start at $200.00, and are in addition to pre-calculated rental charges that depend on the type of car, length of rental, and miles to be driven.

For surrounding area residents, cash, ATM & Visa Check Card deposits start at $350.00, and are in addition to pre-calculated rental charges that depend on the type of car, length of rental, and miles to be driven.

For out of towners, we may accept a cash deposit of $500.00 (this is done on a case by case basis). Passport required for all non-U.S. citizens.

Only those that fly in can reserve and get the CRX advertised rates. We reserve the right to ask for proof of plane tickets. Local renters do not qualify for the CRX rates and unlimited mileage and therefore must reserve the car through our website at

Give yourself ample time to return your car. While we pride ourselves on expediting the return, you may still need a few moments. Your car should be checked for damage at the time of return by both you and our return agent. If there is damage, you may be required to fill out a damage report. Make sure you take a copy of the damage report with you for any insurance and/or credit card reimbursement.

Return vehicle with the same level of fuel as was rented to avoid refuelling charges. Refuling charges will be stated on your rental agreement.

A 2 day notice(48 Hours)is required to cancel a car rental reservation.

Regular Vehicles: If the customer cancels the reservation less than 24 hours of pick up time, a $25 cancellation fee is charged to the customer.

Specialty Vehicles, SUVs, PU trucks and Vans: If the customer fails to cancel a reservation within the 72 Hour Period, The Customer's Credit Card Will Be Charged For The FULL Reservation Rental Length (NO EXCEPTIONS). We may ask you to fill out a reservation guarantee form.

Child seats, portable DVD players and cellular phones are occasionally available for rental.

Hitches, trailers, boats, handicapped equipment and chains cannot be attached to the rental vehicle except when provided by location.

Customers in need of emergency roadside assistance, please call the manufacturers roadside assistance phone number (it is usually in the manual or on one of the glass window panels on the car).You may also call the rental office during business hours for help.

Multiple and back to back reservations are not accepted. There must be a 15 day break period between reservations. For those who have not honored previous reservations, we reserve the right not to reserve or rent cars to them.

On specialty car reservations, we will ask you for a credit card number as a guarantee.

We will hold the renter and any additional driver responsible for the safe return of the rental car (in the same condition as when it was rented except for normal wear and tear). Unless prohibited by state law, a renter may be held responsible for all damages should the vehicle be damaged in an accident, stolen or vandalized. This is the case regardless of fault. Whether or not you caused the accident, you may be asked to pay for the damage up to and including the total cost of replacing the vehicle in case of a total loss. Be sure any damage to the car has been recorded properly before you leave the rental facility.

Rental Cars may be driven in California and Las Vegas only. Anywhere else is strictly prohibited.

Minimum Age: 16

Age 16 to 17 - $40.00 per day surcharge applies.

Age 18 to 20 - $20.00 per day surcharge applies.

Age 21 to 24 - $10.00 per day surcharge applies.

Age 25 to A - A

additional drivers permitted an additional chargeof $ 5.00 applies per day(per additional driver)

Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 16

For additional drivers under the age of 25, the additional driver surcharge is in addition to any underage surcharges.

Vehicles may only be driven inside California and Las Vegas.
