A good experience overall but three significant negatives: No EZPass! The car was dirty. No credit for excess gas (it\'s hard to judge how much gas to pump at return to match the tank level at pick up.

Except for the fact that I have to wait to get my vehicle, everything was great, rented a full-size car and got a light SUV for the same low price

My pick up time was 9am Saturday - but I had a 40 minute wait to be served as there were a few people picking up at the same time. Comapny should consider additional staff to cover what will be obvious peaks eg start of week or start of weekend hires
