Well, it would have been good had the staff been clearer as to protocols to be followed in case of a collision. I am an international traveler and was in the US for less than 24 hours at the time of the collision; naturally ignorant as to what was to be done, I turned to your staff for help, but the info provided wasn\'t clear enough and I ended up not filing a police report when I should have, invalidating the insurance I had paid for, in the process. But yeah, whatever it is a learning exercise

Good experience. Nice and friendly staff and quick pick-up from the airport. Very nice car in good condition.
