We had trouble with the lock on the hatch door...also we had to contend with a loud beeping because the car computer was relaying that the hatch door was open when it was clearly not...otherwise the rental and service was very good...

They picked us up promptly. The driver was friendly. They even arranged to do the paperwork in the snowboard shop parking lot we wanted to go to. They made everything go smooth for our trip. We were up in the mountains snowboarding in no time.

The agency is at least 20 minutes from the airport, which was not clear. Was given broken chains which created huge problem as the roads were icy. They would not provide me with working chains, so the care was useless the entire rental period. They offered no price break or solution. Don't rent from this company.

Great service, staff was really helpful and friendly. The car needed a tune-up, but nothing major.
